CORNWALL TRAVEL DIARIES PART IV - PORT ISAAC

DSC_0426.jpg

The sinuous path that leads out the car park, through the houses atop the hill and down to the heart of Port Isaac is one that steadily delivers unparalleled views both onto the port itself and out to the infinite blues of the ocean. With its characteristic cliffside homes, in varying shades of white and grey, Port Isaac is the UK's answer to Italy's Amalfi Coast. What it may sometimes lack in sunshine, it makes up for with delicious sea food, friendly locals and one very cosy pub.
